Fast-drying and permanent. Gives complete protection indoors & out when your project is completely sealed. Can be used on ceramics, porcelain, wood, glass, metal, etc.Important Shipping Note: Government requirements prevent shipment of hazardous materials by Surface Carriers outside the contiquous U.S.. Therefore Surface shipments to Alaska, Hawaii, Mexico, Puerto Rico, etc. are no longer possible - with the exception of Canada. Shipments by U.P.S. Ground are still available to most metropolitan areas of Canada. Air shipments can still be made to any country or location, but require Special Packaging and Certification that costs $100 and up, in addition to all other normal charges.
