Welcome to NationalArtcraft.com. The following terms of purchase apply to any purchases made on the NationalArtcraft.com website and represent an agreement between you and the National Artcraft Co. governing such purchases.

Most Domestic orders leave our facility within 1 to 2 business days after receipt &
Foreign orders within 4 to 5 business days. 
Orders paid by "Debit Card" require an additional day for processing.
During peak Holiday periods these times may be extended slightly.

  SAFETY:    We make every effort to offer products that are suitable and safe to use. However, we cannot anticipate nor control the ultimate use or accessibility of those products. In cases where we believe additional caution is required we will note that in the copy describing the product. MSDS safety sheets for certain products are also available. If required, please contact our sales department.

Contacting Us: You may e-mail us using our convenient ordering system or download our order form and use it to fax or mail us your order. We also accept phone orders.
Minimum Order: Minimum merchandise order on our website is $30. Domestic phone, fax and mail-in orders can be under $30 but will incur an additional $7.50 service charge plus postage. Export orders must be at least $100 (U.S.) net.
Payment Methods: We accept MasterCard, Visa, Discover, money orders or personal checks. We do not ship C.O.D. Well-established firms may apply for an open account. (Please contact us for the necessary forms.) If you have been approved for open account please note that N.S.F. checks returned to us will incur a $25 fee and that accounts placed for collection will be responsible for any and all collection fees.
 Export customers may use credit card, check or money order but orders must be paid in U.S. funds. Export customers may also pay by bank transfer, but must include an extra $30 U.S. for bank processing fees.
Shipping: National Artcraft can ship anywhere in the world. Most orders are shipped F.O.B. our Aurora, Ohio facility. We usually ship domestic orders UPS. If you have a preferred carrier you may indicate it on our order form. Export air shipments usually go via UPS, Bax Global or Fed-Ex Air to facilitate easy tracing. (We do not recommend Air Parcel Post because the process of tracing packages is very slow.) Insurance up to $100 value is included in shipping rates for UPS. Insurance for other carriers or for UPS over $100 will be added at customer expense. All orders will be insured. All shipping and handling charges are non-refundable.  Note: We do not offer Fed-Ex Ground service.

1 Day Quik Ship: We offer Same Day Shipping for an additional $12.50 per shipment. Orders must be placed via phone with one of our customer service representatives and must be placed before 11 A.M. E.S.T. Please note that Same Day  means shipment the same day order is placed. You still must allow for transit time of the carrier. Note: Same-Day Shipping is NOT available for export orders, U.S. Mail shipments or items that are Drop Shipped.

Using Your Own Shipping Account:
If you prefer to use your own shipping account please verify the number and pay the shipping fees in a timely manner. Failure to do either of these results in charges to us which we will apply to your credit card or account.
Shipping Fees:  
- For orders of $200 net or less and for delivery within the contiguous U.S. via UPS or USPS STANDARD GROUND SERVICE we will apply an amount based on the value of the order. (See chart below for amounts.)
- For orders over $200 in merchandise net and for locations outside the contiguous U.S. include 10% of your order total plus a $3.95 Handling Fee. (Please note that, if necessary, we will refund any portion of the 10% that is above the actual cost of postage.) 
- If you mail us your order and want to pay by Check or Money Order please include the appropriate amount for Shipping as described above.
- C.O.D.'s are INCLUDED - but we will add the UPS C.O.D. fee of $9.00 to the appropriate Shipping Chart rate shown below. Delivering Carriers do not accept cash for C.O.D. payments. (We cannot ship C.O.D. orders in excess of $100 to NEW customers or $400 to Established customers. We do not ship C.O.D. orders by Air Freight. No C.O.D.'s accepted outside the contiguous U.S. No more than one C.O.D. in a 10 day period will be accepted from the same customer. Refused C.O.D. orders will not be reshipped.)
- The following types of shipments are not eligible for the Shipping Rates shown in the Chart below and will be charged ACTUAL Shipping cost plus a $3.95 handling fee:
         
-  Any Accelerated Shipping Option such as Next Day, 2nd Day, Priority, Expedited, etc.
         
-  Any customer outside the contiguous U.S. - including Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, Guam, Foreign etc.
         
-  Any order requiring Drop-Shipment from the manufacturer. However, if your order is a combination of Stocked items and Drop-Shipped items we will use the Shipping Rate Chart for stocked items providing they are for less than $200 net - and will add shipping charges for any Drop-Shipped items that do not already include the cost of shipping in their price. 
- Insurance is included for orders up to $99.99. But on orders from $100 to $200 there is an added charge of $2.10 for the additional insurance required. (All shipments of $200 or less are insured without exception.)
Please note that we process orders quickly. For this reason we cannot accept a change to your order more than 2 hours after it has been received. Therefore we urge you to carefully examine your order before placing it with us.

Import Duties & Taxes (Foreign Orders Only): National Artcraft Co. is NOT responsible for the collection or payment of Import Duties or Taxes. If applicable, they are the responsibility of the customer when delivery is made.
Refunds: Refunds under $25 are issued as a credit memo unless you request otherwise. Credit memos are valid for one year.
Documentation: A Packing Slip is sent with every order. Your Invoice will be sent in one of two ways: If we have your e-mail address on file it will be sent via e-mail. If you have not provided us an e-mail address the invoice will be mailed to you. Foreign Orders will have the invoice mailed to them. C.O.D. customers will receive a specially marked Packing Slip which may be used as your invoice.
Back Orders: We only back order out-of-stock items with a value of $25 or more - and then only at our discretion. Back orders are issued only for shipments within the continental U.S. Only items ordered by Credit Card or Open Account will be backordered.
Sales Tax: Ohio residents are subject to a Sales Tax based on your county of residence unless a valid Resale Number is furnished to us..
Prices: Prices are subject to change at any time. Market sensitive commodity items will be priced according to current market conditions. We attempt to maintain current prices on this website. However, maintenance errors and occasional delays in posting current prices may occur.
Availability Of Stock: We attempt to maintain the highest stock levels possible. Nevertheless, stocks will occasionally be depleted. In the remarks section of our online order form you may indicate if an item(s) is critical to completion of your project. If the item is out, we will respond by e-mail or phone indicating a probable delivery date.
Returns & Exchanges: These require a return authorization and a copy of your Invoice or packing slip. Replacements or exchanges will be treated as a separate order. (You will be charged for the merchandise and a credit will be issued upon receipt of the return.) Our return policy is as follows:

Limitation of Liability: National Artcraft Co. shall not be held liable for any damages of any kind arising from the use of its website or with the delay or inability to use this website. In states that limit such liability, the purchaser's remedy is limited to the amount paid in connection with the product(s) purchased.
Product Descriptions: National Artcraft Co. attempts to keep all information on its website current and accurate but makes no warranties or representations about the accuracy or completeness of such information unless otherwise stated. If a product offered by National Artcraft is in the opinion of the purchaser not as described, the solo remedy of the purchaser is to return it in Unused Condition. (See Returns & Exchanges above.)
Contract and Assignability: National Artcraft and purchaser are independent contractors. Purchaser may not make any representations on behalf of which are binding on National Artcraft, nor shall purchaser assign any order or interest therein to another party without the written consent of National Artcraft Co.
Property Rights: All content on this site such as text, graphics, software and design are the property of National Artcraft Co. and are protected by certain copyrights, trademarks, patents or other intellectual property rights. National Artcraft grants the visitor and purchaser of products on this website a limited license to access and make personal use of this site but not to modify, transfer, sell, rent or lease the content of this site nor does it allow disassembling, decompiling or reverse engineering of any of the source code used to construct this site unless by prior written agreement with National Artcraft Co.
Privacy: Our site uses a registration form for purposes of order fulfillment and customer contact when necessary. This data may also be used to announce special offers of items, new product introductions or new services. (You can opt out of receiving future mailings by e-mailing or calling us.) The site also uses cookies for the sole purpose of keeping track of your shopping cart during the current shopping session. None of the information we gather from you is used for any other purpose than to administer your orders or contact you. We do not give, sell, rent or exchange this information with any third parties.
Cancellations and Alterations: National Artcraft reserves the right to refuse or cancel orders at any time including orders that contain incorrect prices or descriptions. Further, National Artcraft retains sole discretion in terminating or altering the terms of purchase at any time.
