Back-Orders

Products are only back-ordered for out-of-stock items with a value of $25 or more or at the discretion of National Artcraft Co. Back-orders are issued only for shipments within the contiguious U.S. Only items ordered by Credit Card or Open Account will be backordered.

Cancellations & Alterations

National Artcraft reserves the right to refuse or cancel orders at any time including orders that contain incorrect prices or descriptions. Further, National Artcraft retains sole discretion in terminating or altering the terms of purchase at any time.

Amending your Order

We process orders quickly and for this reason we cannot accept a change to your order more than 2 hours after it has been received. Therefore, we urge you to carefully examine your order before placing it with us. In most cases you can change something if you call us within an hour after placing your order without delay. If we have not yet produced a packing slip we can probably alter your order. However, if the order has been processed by our office staff we will ship it as originally ordered. We urge you to review all the information on your order before finalizing it as changes after we receive the order are difficult.
