Welcome to NationalArtcraft.com. The following terms of purchase apply to any purchases made on the NationalArtcraft.com website and represent an agreement between you and the National Artcraft Co. governing such purchases.

FAST DELIVERY - LARGE
|SATISFACTION GUARANTEED: Customers should contact National Artcraft if there is a National Artcraft error or a manufacturer defect on the part provided. You can return or exchange the part within 45 days for full credit including outgoing shipping fees. If the error is the responsibility of the customer there will be a 20% restocking charge. In any event, no returns are allowed after 45 days from date of purchase. The guarantee is intended for the general purchaser only and does not extend to subsequent purchasers during the length of this guarantee.|
|SAFETY: We make every effort to offer products that are suitable and safe to use. However, we cannot anticipate or control the ultimate use or application of those products. In many cases we provide instructions on the use or application of our products. These instructions are provided as a general overview of a sample installation or application for a particular product and are not a guarantee that they are correct in all applications. As such, we disclaim any liability for claims arising out of product misuse, improper product selection, improper installation, product modification, misrepair or misapplication. Products to which CALIFORNIA PROP 65 applies have been appropriately marked.|

As the products we offer can be used in a myriad of ways, we cannot make any warranties or representations regarding their use or content on our website, catalog or other printed material in terms of correctness, accuracy, usefulness, reliability or otherwise.|
|Contacting Us: You may e-mail us using our convenient ordering system or download our order form and use it to fax or mail us your order. We also accept phone orders.|
|Minimum Order: Minimum merchandise order on our website is $10.00 net (contiguous U.S. only). Domestic phone, fax and mail-in orders can be under $10.00 but will incur an additional $7.50 service charge plus postage. Orders outside the contiguous U.S., including Alaska and Hawaii, require a Minimum Order of $25.00. EXPORT orders must be at least $100.00 (U.S.) net.|
Methods: We accept MasterCard, Visa & Discover Credit &
Debit Cards, Money
Orders, Personal Checks and PayPal. (PayPal is limited to a maximum $275
order and is valid only in the continental U.S.).
Please Note: We do not accept Prepaid Debit/Gift Cards
from MasterCard, Visa or Discover as payment. Well-established firms may apply for an Open Account. (Please
contact us for the necessary forms.) If you have been approved for
Open Account please note that N.S.F. checks
returned to us will incur a $25 fee and that accounts placed for
collection will be responsible for any and all collection fees.
Export customers may use credit card, check or money order but orders must be paid in U.S. funds. Export customers may also pay by Bank Transfer, but must include an extra $30 U.S. for bank processing fees.
National Artcraft can ship anywhere in the world. Most orders are shipped
F.O.B. our Aurora, Ohio facility. We usually ship USPS, UPS or FedEx. All
orders are insured: See "Insurance" below for details. Shipping and
handling charges are non-refundable.
1 Day Quik Ship: We offer Same Day UPS Shipping for an additional $12.50 per shipment. Orders must be placed via phone with one of our customer service representatives and must be placed before 11 A.M. E.S.T. Please note that Same Day means shipment the same business day the order was placed. Orders placed on the weekend or on holidays will leave our warehouse the next business day following. You still must allow for transit time of the carrier. Note: Same-Day Shipping is NOT available for export orders, U.S. Mail shipments or items that are Drop Shipped.
Using Your Own UPS or FedEx Shipping Account: If you prefer to use your own UPS or FedEx account please verify the number and pay the shipping fees in a timely manner. Failure to do either of these results in charges to us which we will apply to your credit card or account.

|For orders of $274.99 net or less and for delivery within the
contiguous U.S. using STANDARD GROUND SERVICE we will apply an amount
from the Chart shown above based on the value of your order. Please Note:
We ship Best Way, but if you choose UPS
or FedEx exclusively when you check out an extra fee of
$3.50 will be added to your order.
For orders over $274.99 in merchandise net and for locations outside the contiguous U.S. ACTUAL Postage will be applied to your order total plus a $3.95 Handling Fee. NOTE: Shipping Charges on SMALL Orders OUTSIDE the Contiguous U.S. CAN be Significant. C.O.D.'s: Add the UPS C.O.D. Fee of $12.50 to the appropriate Shipping Rate shown above. UPS does not accept cash for C.O.D. payments. We do not ship C.O.D. orders by Air Freight. No C.O.D.'s accepted outside the contiguous U.S. No More than one C.O.D. in a 10 day period will be accepted from the same customer. Refused C.O.D. orders will not be reshipped.
Delivery Signature Required: Orders of $300.00 or more - To ensure that your order arrives safely we require that someone 18 years of age or older sign for your order when it is delivered. (No fee is added for this service.) On orders under $300.00 you can choose whether to sign for your order or not. If you do not sign for your order and UPS, FedEx or USPS shows that it was delivered to the address that you indicated, we will refuse any claim of non-delivery, theft or any other failure to receive your order.
The following types of shipments are not eligible for the Shipping Rates shown in the Chart above and will be charged ACTUAL Shipping cost plus a $3.95 handling fee:
- Any Accelerated Shipping Option such as Next Day, 2nd Day, Priority, Expedited, etc.
- Any customer outside the contiguous U.S. - including Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, Guam, Foreign etc.
- Any order requiring Drop-Shipment from the manufacturer. However, if your order is a combination of Stocked items and Drop-Shipped items we will use the Shipping Rate Chart for stocked items providing they are for less than $274.99 net - and will add shipping charges for any Drop-Shipped items that do not already include the cost of shipping in their price.
Insurance: All orders are insured. For orders less than $100.00 the insurance fee is included. For orders of $100.00 and up there will be an additional charge of $2.70 per $100.00 or portion thereof to cover the insurance. For shipments outside the continental U.S. the charge for insurance coverage is calculated at the time of shipment and added to your order.
Ammending Your Order: Please note that we process orders quickly. For this reason we cannot accept a change to your order more than 2 hours after it has been received. Therefore we urge you to carefully examine your order before placing it with us.

|Import Duties & Taxes (Foreign Orders Only): National Artcraft Co. is NOT responsible for the collection or payment of Import Duties or Taxes. If applicable, they are the responsibility of the customer when delivery is made.|
|Refunds: For orders paid by Check or Money Order a Credit Memo is usually issued for refunds less than $25., unless you request otherwise. A Check is usually issued for refunds greater than $25.00. (Credit Memos are valid for one year from date of issue). For orders paid by Credit or Debit Card the refund will be applied to the card that was used on your order.|
A Packing Slip is sent with every order. Your
will be sent in one of two ways: If we have your e-mail address on file
it will be sent via e-mail. If you have not provided us an e-mail address
the invoice will be mailed to you. Foreign Orders will have the invoice
mailed to them.
|Back Orders: We only back order out-of-stock items with a value of $25 or more - and then only at our discretion. Back orders are issued only for shipments within the continental U.S. Only items ordered by Credit Card or Open Account will be backordered.|
|Sales Tax: Ohio residents are subject to a Sales Tax based on your county of residence unless a valid Resale Number is furnished to us..|
|Prices: Prices are subject to change at any time. Market sensitive commodity items will be priced according to current market conditions. We attempt to maintain current prices on this website. However, maintenance errors and occasional delays in posting current prices may occur.|
|Availability Of Stock: We attempt to maintain the highest stock levels possible. Nevertheless, stocks will occasionally be depleted. In the remarks section of our online order form you may indicate if an item(s) is critical to completion of your project. If the item is out, we will respond by e-mail or phone indicating a probable delivery date.|
& Exchanges: These require a return authorization and a copy of
your Invoice or packing slip. Replacements or exchanges will be treated as
a separate order. (You will be charged for the merchandise and a credit
will be issued upon receipt of the return.) Our return policy is as
|Product Descriptions: National Artcraft Co. attempts to keep all information on its website current and accurate but makes no warranties or representations about the accuracy or completeness of such information unless otherwise stated. If a product offered by National Artcraft is in the opinion of the purchaser not as described, the solo remedy of the purchaser is to return it in Unused Condition. (See Returns & Exchanges above.)|
|Contract and Assignability: National Artcraft and purchaser are independent contractors. Purchaser may not make any representations on behalf of which are binding on National Artcraft, nor shall purchaser assign any order or interest therein to another party without the written consent of National Artcraft Co.|
|Property Rights: All content on this site such as text, graphics, software and design are the property of National Artcraft Co. and are protected by certain copyrights, trademarks, patents or other intellectual property rights. National Artcraft grants the visitor and purchaser of products on this website a limited license to access and make personal use of this site but not to modify, transfer, sell, rent or lease the content of this site nor does it allow disassembling, decompiling or reverse engineering of any of the source code used to construct this site unless by prior written agreement with National Artcraft Co.|
|Cancellations and Alterations: National Artcraft reserves the right to refuse or cancel orders at any time including orders that contain incorrect prices or descriptions. Further, National Artcraft retains sole discretion in terminating or altering the terms of purchase at any time.|
