U.S. CUSTOMERS ONLY:
If you have provided us with your email address, you will receive an email
message from UPS, USPS or FedEx within 2-3 days of placing your order that will contain your
Tracking Number. Choose from one of the three options below, depending on the prefix of
your Tracking Number. If you did not provide an email address, call us for
your Tracking Number 2-3 business days after you have placed your order. Please note that if your shipment contains multiple
cartons, only one carton will have the Tracking Number assigned to it.
If your Tracking Number begins with 1Z, track your shipment here.
If your Tracking Number begins with 9405, track your shipment here.
If your Tracking Number begins with 9102 or 9274, track your shipment here.
If your Tracking Number begins with 61 or 7, track your shipment here.
ALL OTHER CUSTOMERS:
If you have provided us with your email address, you will receive an email message
from National Artcraft within 4-7 business days of placing your order that will contain your
Tracking Number.
If your Tracking Number begins with 1Z,
track your
shipment here.
For all OTHER Tracking Numbers track
your shipment here at the USPS.
