Thermometer Movement

Build your own custom all-weather thermometer with this battery-free dial thermometer movement. Whether for indoor or outdoor use, this DIY movement gives you everything needed to create a functional, good-looking thermometer dial in your own style.

No battery required – A simple mechanical movement that works indoors or outdoors without power.
Complete kit included – Comes with mounting hardware, an indicator hand, and temperature guide templates for both Fahrenheit and Celsius scales.
Customizable indicator hand – Black aluminum hand measures 5-3/4"L overall (4-1/4"L pointer from mounting hole to tip) and can be easily trimmed with scissors to a custom size.
Mounting hardware included – One brass washer and one brass hex nut for secure installation.

Compact movement size – Measures 1-3/4" diameter x 3-1/16" high x 5/8" depth.
Center shaft mounted – Shaft is 9/16"L and requires a 5/16" diameter mounting hole.
Wide temperature range – Reads from -40 to 120 degrees F, with easy calibration and setting.
Please note: This thermometer movement does not tell time.

Thermometer Movement Kit can be used indoors or outdoors.

FLAT sides of indicator shaft opening MUST line up with flat sides of mounting shaft. Then FIRMLY press indicator onto thermometer shaft.
