Small Canvases

Artist Canvas is wood framed, professional quality, back-stapled, pre-stretched and has outstanding adhesion performance. Winsor & Newton Artist Canvases meet the very highest consistency standards for performance with both oil colors and acrylic colors.

  • Canvas is stretched by hand for best tension.

  • 8 Ounce natural cotton duck with medium grain surface.

  • Triple coated with acid-free sizing and 2 coats of highly pigmented acrylic primer.

  • Balanced absorbency and tooth prevents sinking of oil colors and improves adhesion.

  • Professional frame construction with kiln-dried, beveled stretch bars included.

  • Has ample canvas on back for restretching if desired.

  • Individually shrink-wrapped in retail packaging.

A) Artist Canvas
Ideal for all mediums & techniques, even heavier applications of color. 13/16"D frames. Pkg/6.

B) Deep Edge Canvas
Ideal for all mediums & techniques, including heavier applications of color or fine art. Frames are 1-1/2" D. Pkg/6.

Artist Canvas has staple-free edges. Edges can be painted to display finished paintings with or without a frame.
