Turn Shafts

Turn Shafts snap into accessory opening of full-size SANKYO 18-note musical movements.

Turn Shafts are used to drive Crank Style Assemblies, Orbital Motion Rod, and Metal Disc Turntable.
A) SANKYO Threaded Shaft is used with most accessories. Extends approximately 1/4" (6mm) from movement when installed.
B) SANKYO Smooth Shaft is used with any accessory that is fixed with a set screw instead of threads. Extends approximately 7/16" (11mm) from movement when installed.

IMPORTANT: Shaft CANNOT be removed once installed.
Accessories that fit turn shafts will NOT fit the winding key shaft and vice versa. (Each accessory lists which shaft to use.)
